Me and my sister stayed at Pullman hotel for 8 days, this hotel exceeded our expectation. Coming to the hotel we did not know what to expect other than what was seen online however, it was 10x better. The reception staff were very respectful and professional, they even checked us in a few hours earlier as we arrived early in the morning which was a bonus. The hotel room was clean and very spacious. The lagoon view was the icing on the cake that we needed. I came for a business trip and everytime I returned to the hotel with lots of shopping the concierge were at the front door hands on and ready to help with my bags which was very nice. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and will deffo be coming back again!!!! Thank you to all the Pullman staff

Our stay at Pullman Hotel was truly outstanding! A special thanks to Muhammad Azeem at reception, who made our visit unforgettable with his warm hospitality and professionalism. He even surprised us with a complimentary upgrade from a Deluxe King Room to a luxurious suite, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The suite was stunning, and the staff were attentive and courteous throughout our stay. Highly recommend Pullman Hotel for an exceptional experience—can’t wait to return!

We were greeted by very hospitable staff. They were very lovely and even walked us to the elevator. The room was spacious and the bath was very well designed. We requested for the sofa bed to be made, and got the service super fast. The hotel premises was clean and fresh. I tried the spa too, it was nice and I plan to return on my next trip. The kids enjoyed the stay as much as us, although the pool looked fun, we didn't use it this trip. As we were in the summer, we waited until the evening to take a short walk down to the Al Khan beach front. It was a restful retreat and we look forward to return again. Thank you to the staff for making it a lovely retreat for our family.

I love the bathroom in our hotel room; it's spotless, ideal, and soothing. I appreciate how the staff has upgraded our hotel, I appreciate it. I also adore the wellness spa. It's a comprehensive package. The sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi work together perfectly! The Wellness Spa staff were also very accommodating to us.

friendly staff at the restaurant and the valet parking . the food was amazing and vary for all requirements and tastes ....clean restaurant ....liked the lobby decoration ....and rooms decoration as well ....specious ....very suitable for family ....location is very good in the heart of Sharjah ....quick service ...good job....nice price plz don't raise it 😊

I liked about the cleanliness and flexibility of the staff. My husband requested for an early check in and they asked us to wait for sometime and we did checked in at 1245 normal checking in is 2pm. I also would like to comment on the flexibility of the staff how they personalize our stay, it’s my bday today but we made it celebrated in advance, my husband also requested for a complimentary bday cake and it was ready after came back from swimming! Staff were very helpful! ☺️😘
